This regulation sets the ground for the creation of the High Council of Labor, situated in the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Martyrs, and Disabled (MoLSAMD). It addresses matters related to the composition, duties, and responsibilities of the council.
The High Council of Labor has been given the authority to study and assess legal matters that impact the relationship between employers and employees, take necessary measures to decrease unemployment in the country, analyze the challenges that adversely affect employment, and propose legislative documents to better address labor related matters.
